How can I exchange a product?
You may exchange an item within 60 days of receiving. Please send back the product(s) to:

Please include your order number and the item number (e.g., CD-101) you'd like to obtain with the exchange. Please include a check/money order for difference if you are exchanging it for a more expensive item. That's it! We'll pay for the return shipping.
What is your returns process?
It’s easy. You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 60 days of receiving. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to our error. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. Please send back the product(s) to:

How much will my shipping charges be?
